According to the switched reluctance motor and the application thereof on the well mining vehicle, the overload multiple is large, work is reliable, and the switched reluctance motor is suitable for a severe working environment, so that the mine car can move in a rugged environment, the design of the first explosion-proof switched reluctance motor and the second explosion-proof switched reluctance motor enables the multiple motors to operate synchronously, the motor is not burnt during locked-rotor operation, frequent start-stop and positive and negative rotation can be achieved, rare earth is not used, and resources are saved.

    本发明公开了一种开关磁阻电机及其在井工矿车上的应用,涉及开关磁阻电机技术领域,具体为车体和车轮,所述车体的内部设置有油泵动力总成,且油泵动力总成外部的一端安装有后驱动桥,所述后驱动桥外部一端的中部设置有第二减速机,且第二减速机外部的左端安装有第二隔爆型开关磁阻电动机,所述第二隔爆型开关磁阻电动机外部的一端设置有第一隔爆型开关磁阻电动机。该一种开关磁阻电机及其在井工矿车上的应用,过载倍数大,工作可靠,适合恶劣工作环境,从而可使得矿车在崎岖的环境进行进行移动,且第一隔爆型开关磁阻电动机和第二隔爆型开关磁阻电动机的设计,多电机同步运行好,堵转运行不烧电机,可频繁起停和正反转,不使用稀土,节省资源。
