The invention provides a lifting device and method for liftable in-well equipment in an in-situ leaching uranium mining mine. The lifting device comprises a frame, a power device, a lifting device and a pipe coiling device. The lifting device ascends and descends through a hydraulic device, and meanwhile power is provided for a winch. The problems that due to the fact that the gravity center of an in-well equipment lifting device is too high, trafficability is poor, and in-well equipment lifting operation cannot be conducted on complex terrains are solved, the in-well equipment lifting efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.

    提供一种地浸采铀矿山可升降井内设备提升装置及方法。包括车架、动力装置、升降装置和卷管装置。通过液压装置实现提升装置高低升降,同时为绞盘提供动力。解决了井内设备提升装置重心过高导致通过性差及无法在复杂地形进行井内设备提升作业,提高了井内设备提升效率,降低了人员劳动强度。
