The invention relates to the technical field of hanging and hoisting, and discloses a rotary table balance supporting mechanism which comprises a welding frame. A supporting mechanism is arranged outside the welding frame, the outer wall of the welding frame is connected with the outer wall of a rotary table, and the supporting mechanism comprises a matched welding block, a first adjusting gasket, first pressing blocks, a supporting wheel and a first bearing. The outer wall of the matched welding block is connected with the outer wall of the welding frame, the outer wall of the matched welding block is connected with the outer wall of the first adjusting gasket, the outer wall of the first adjusting gasket is connected with the outer wall of first pressing blocks, the outer walls of the first pressing blocks are connected with the outer wall of the supporting wheel, and the supporting wheel is connected with the bearing seat through the first bearing; and the outer wall of the bearing seat is connected with the outer wall of a second adjusting gasket. By arranging the supporting mechanism, the tops of the four first pressing blocks are located on the same horizontal plane through the first adjusting gasket and the second adjusting gasket, and the purposes that the rotary table cannot deviate when rotating, and the rotary table can stably rotate when rotating are achieved.
