The invention discloses an ultrasonic detection wheel. A liquid filling flange seat, a spool and a bearing are coaxially pressed to form a valve side flange assembly, and a flange seat, a wheel shaft and another bearing are coaxially pressed to form a valveless side flange assembly. The valve side flange assembly and the valveless side flange assembly are installed on the two sides of a center frame in the axial direction respectively, and a transducer base is fixed to the lower portion of the center frame. A sound blocking plate is arranged on the transducer base, and the transducer base is provided with a sensor assembly. A radiator is connected with the wheel shaft in a matched mode to be fastened on the center frame, and a wheel detector film is fastened and installed on the liquid filling flange seat and the flange seat through the pressing ring. And sealing devices are arranged between the liquid filling flange seat and the spool as well as between the flange seat and the wheel shaft. The sensor assembly includes a first transducer, a second transducer, a transducer array, and a third transducer. According to the invention, the optimization problem of the sensor design and the mounting position and angle thereof is solved, the flaw detection coverage area is improved so as to be suitable for detection of various rail types, and detection and accurate positioning can be effectively carried out aiming at various fatigue damages.

    本发明公开了一种超声波探轮,充液法兰座、线轴及轴承通过同轴压装组成阀侧法兰组件,法兰座、轮轴及另一个轴承通过同轴压装组成无阀侧法兰组件。阀侧与无阀侧法兰组件分别安装于中心架沿轴向两侧,换能器座固定于中心架下方。挡声板设置于换能器座上,换能器座上设置有传感器组件。散热器通过与轮轴配合连接紧固于中心架上,探轮膜通过压环紧固安装于充液法兰座及法兰座上。在充液法兰座与线轴,以及法兰座与轮轴之间均设置有密封装置。传感器组件包括第一、第二换能器、换能器阵列及第三换能器。本发明解决了传感器设计及其安装位置和角度的优化问题,改善了探伤检测覆盖区域以适用多种轨型检测,能够有效针对各种疲劳伤损进行检测和精准定位。
