The low-heat-generation and high-heat-conductivity tire base rubber composition is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of natural rubber, 8 to 45 parts of carbon black, 5 to 35 parts of a heat conduction filler, 0 to 6 parts of a silane coupling agent, 0.3 to 1 part of a carbon black dispersing agent, 3 to 7 parts of zinc oxide, 1 to 4 parts of stearic acid, 0.5 to 3 parts of microcrystalline wax, 1 to 5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 0.8 to 2.5 parts of sulfur and 0.8 to 3 parts of an accelerant. According to the invention, a large amount of heat-conducting filler is adopted to reduce heat generation and improve the heat-conducting property, the carbon black dispersing agent is adopted to reduce interaction between the filler to reduce heat generation, the prepared base rubber composition has the characteristics of low heat generation and high heat conductivity, the problems of crown heat generation and heat conduction in the tire running process are solved, oil consumption is reduced, and the service life of the tire is prolonged.

    本发明涉及橡胶轮胎技术领域,具体涉及一种低生热高导热轮胎基部胶橡胶组合物及其混炼方法和轮胎。一种低生热高导热轮胎基部胶橡胶组合物按重量分数计由如下重量份的材料组成:天然橡胶100份,炭黑8~45份,导热填料5~35份,硅烷偶联剂0~6份,炭黑分散剂0.3~1份,氧化锌3~7份,硬脂酸1~4份,微晶蜡0.5~3份,防老剂1~5份,硫磺0.8~2.5份,促进剂0.8~3份。本发明采用了大量的导热填料降低生热和提高导热性能,采用炭黑分散剂降低填料之间的相互作用来降低生热,所制备的基部胶橡胶组合物具有低生热高导热的特点,改善了轮胎行驶过程中冠部生热和导热的问题,降低油耗,提高了轮胎的使用寿命。
