The invention discloses an anchor system installation precision control method for ship building. The control method comprises the steps that the construction precision of a segmented structure is controlled, complete three-dimensional precision completion measurement is conducted on segments, the segment precision problem is eliminated, and a foundation is provided for outfitting precision control. A deck center line and a first gear rib position line away from a stern edge opening are selected as anchor system positioning datum lines; according to the datum lines, the hole opening positions of an anchor chain pipe in an outer plate and the deck are subjected to precision control; holes are formed in the outer plate and the deck, and the anchor chain pipe is installed. The successful implementation of the anchor system installation precision control research initiates the precision control research of large-scale complex outfitting pieces of a company, the specific specifications of outfitting precision control drawings, precision measurement requirements and the like in the project have reference significance for other products of the same type, and the overall precision level is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于船舶建造锚系安装精度控制方法,所述控制方法包括:控制分段结构的建造精度,对分段进行完整的三维精度完工测量,消除分段精度问题,为舾装精度控制提供基础;选取甲板中心线和距艉部边口第一档肋位线为锚系定位基准线;依照基准线对锚链管在外板和甲板上开孔位置进行精度控制;在外板和甲板上开孔、安装锚链管。本发明锚系安装精度控制研究的顺利实施,开创了公司大型复杂舾装件的精度控制研究的先河,项目中明确的舾装精度控制图纸、精度测量要求等的规范对其它同类型产品均具有借鉴意义,提升了整体精度水平。
