The invention discloses a propelling device and an adjustable inlet prerotation guide vane electric drive ducted fan propelling system thereof, which comprises a ducted outline; a core bracket is mounted in the duct outline; a propulsion motor and a fan are mounted in the core bracket; an inlet pre-rotation guide vane system is further installed in the propulsion motor, the machining amount of the fan is rapidly adjusted through the inlet pre-rotation guide vane system under the condition that the rotation speed of the propulsion motor is not changed, and therefore the thrust is flexibly adjusted. Through adjustment of the inlet prerotation guide vane, the propulsion system adapts to various different working conditions from low speed to high speed, the thrust requirements of eVTOL in different flight modes are met, and the cruising speed and cruising efficiency of the eVTOL are improved. Meanwhile, by adjusting the deflection angle of the inlet prerotation guide vane, the thrust of the propulsion system can be flexibly adjusted without waiting for the change of the rotating speed of the motor, so that the control efficiency of the eVTOL vertical take-off and landing process is improved, the controller design is simplified, and the stability is improved.
本发明技术方案公开了推进装置及其可调进口预旋导叶电驱动涵道风扇推进系统,包括涵道外廓;安装于所述涵道外廓中的核心支架;安装于所述核心支架中的推进电机和风扇;所述推进电机中还安装有进口预旋导叶系统,通过所述进口预旋导叶系统实现在所述推进电机转速不变的情况下快速调节所述风扇的加工量,而实现灵活调节推力。本发明通过进口预旋导叶的调节,使推进系统适应从低速到高速的多种不同工况,满足eVTOL不同飞行模式下的推力需求,提高eVTOL巡航速度和巡航效率。同时,通过调节进口预旋导叶偏角,推进系统的推力可以灵活调节,不必等待电机转速改变,从而提高eVTOL垂直起降过程的控制效率,简化控制器设计,提高稳定性。
