Three gates are built at an inlet and an outlet of a train inlet and outlet pipeline, the peripheral size of a train A, a train B and a train C is only several millimeters larger than the size of an inner layer of the pipeline, pipe sections A and B are filled with soft materials, space is reserved as little as possible when the train enters the pipes A and B, a train head and the non-full space are full of tubular air bags, and the pipes A, B and BC are vacuumized by injecting water into the air bags in the pipes through a water pumping and exhausting method. After most of air is exhausted from the two sections of pipes, the gate B is opened to drive the train into the BC section pipeline, residual air of the AB section flows into the BC section, the train returns to the AB section after being fully mixed, the gate B is closed, the two sections of pipelines inject water, pump water and exhaust air into the air bags in the respective pipes, and due to the fact that the train is arranged in the AB pipe, the air cannot be exhausted completely, and no obstacle exists in the BC pipe. Exhaust is thorough every time, after the BC pipe exhausts air, the B gate is opened, residual air in the AB pipe flows into the BC pipe, the process is repeated for five to six times, an ultrahigh vacuum pipe can be manufactured, the pressure of the ultrahigh vacuum pipe is one billion to one trillion of the atmospheric pressure, about two hours are consumed when the C gate is opened, a train safely enters a trunk pipeline, and each train of trucks can carry about ten thousand kilotons of goods.
在列车进出管道的出入口处,修建三道闸门,A、B、C,列车的外围尺寸只比管道的内层尺寸大几毫米,A、B管段用软性材料填充,列车进入AB管内尽量少留有空间,车头和未占满空间用管状气囊占满,AB和BC段管道都向管内气囊注水抽水排气法制取真空。当两段管内都排出大多数气体后,打开闸门B让列车驶入BC段管道,让AB段的残留空气流入到BC段,充分混合后列车退回到AB段,关闭B闸门,两段管道向各自管内的气囊注水抽水排气,因AB管内有列车,空气排出不会很干净,BC管内没有障碍物,每次排气较为彻底,这样BC管排好气后,开启B闸门,让AB管道的残留空气流入BC管道,这样反复五六次可制得超高真空的管道,其压力是大气压的千亿到万亿分之一,开启C闸门,列车安全进入干线管道,大约耗时两小时,每列货车可载货一万伍仟吨左右。
