The invention relates to a heat dissipation type fixing base for a speed reducer. The heat dissipation type fixing base for the speed reducer comprises a supporting plate, a fixing mechanism is fixedly installed at the top of the supporting plate, and a supporting mechanism is fixedly installed at the bottom of the supporting plate. Through arrangement of the supporting mechanism and cooperation of a buffer spring and a buffer rod, vibration generated by the whole fixing base can be effectively buffered, and meanwhile, through arrangement of a first lifting air cylinder and a second lifting air cylinder, the position of speed reducers can be raised or moving wheels can be adjusted out according to actual requirements, and the whole fixing base is convenient to move, speed reducers of different sizes can be positioned through the fixing mechanism and two side shells with the distance adjustable, auxiliary fixing can be conducted on the speed reducers through limiting air cylinders and limiting plates, and meanwhile a first fan set and a second fan set are arranged, and efficient heat dissipation treatment can be carried out on the speed reducers from multiple positions.

    本发明公开减速机用散热型固定底座,包括支撑板,所述支撑板顶部固定安装有固定机构,所述支撑板底部固定安装有支撑机构。本发明通过支撑机构的设置,缓冲弹簧与缓冲杆的配合可以对整个固定底座产生的振动进行有效的缓冲,同时通过第一升降气缸与第二升降气缸的设置,可以根据实际需求,将减速机的位置提高,或者将移动轮调节出,方便整个固定底座的移动,通过固定机构的设置,可调节间距的两个侧壳体可以对不同大小的减速机进行定位,通过限位气缸与限位板的设置,可以对减速机进行辅助固定,同时通过第一风扇组与第二风扇组的设置,可以对减速机从多位置进行高效的散热处理。
