The recessed part 30 is formed to be gradually deeper toward the end 20a of the nonwoven fabric 20, and the recessed part 30 has a depth substantially the same as or deeper than the thickness of the nonwoven fabric 20 at the end 20a of the nonwoven fabric 20. The recessed part 30 is provided at the end on a rotation center line side of the nonwoven fabric 20.
