The invention discloses a bevel gear drive adjusting type new energy automobile brake system; the bevel gear drive adjusting type new energy automobile brake system comprises a brake pedal rod and a vacuum pump which are installed in an automobile body, the brake pedal rod is movably connected with the automobile body, the vacuum pump is fixedly connected with the automobile body, a reset spring is installed between the brake pedal rod and the automobile body, and a brake rod is movably embedded in the inner side of the vacuum pump. Through rotation of a motor in an adjusting mechanism, a cam can be deflected through a driving part, an auxiliary spring can be compressed after the cam extrudes a limiting plate, an elastic force generated after compression can assist a driver in pressing a brake pedal rod downwards, the magnitude of the auxiliary force can be adjusted by changing the compression degree of the auxiliary spring, and the auxiliary force can be adjusted conveniently. When a driver presses down the brake pedal rod every time, the protective sleeve can rotate on the outer surface of the brake rod through the pushing part and the adapter, the part, needing to stretch into the vacuum pump, of the brake rod is protected, and the situation that normal use of the vacuum pump is affected due to corrosion of the brake rod is prevented.

    本发明公开了一种锥齿轮驱动调节式新能源汽车刹车系统,包括安装在车体内部的刹车脚踏杆和真空泵,刹车脚踏杆与车体为活动连接,且真空泵与车体为固定连接,刹车脚踏杆与车体之间安装有复位弹簧,真空泵的内侧活动嵌有制动杆,本发明通过调节机构内部电机的转动,可通过驱动件使凸轮进行偏转,在凸轮对限位板挤压后可使辅助弹簧进行压缩,压缩后产生的弹力便可辅助驾驶员对刹车脚踏杆进行下压,通过改变辅助弹簧的压缩程度,便可实现调节辅助力的大小,在驾驶员每次对刹车脚踏杆进行下压时,可通过推动件和转接件使防护套筒在制动杆的外表面进行旋转,对制动杆需要伸进真空泵内部的部分进行保护,防止制动杆锈蚀影响到真空泵的正常使用。
