The invention provides a vehicle speed measuring method based on road width and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, establishing a vehicle classifier based on a neural network; step 2, establishing a database about the road width, a road position and a road slope angle; step 3, allowing the unmanned aerial vehicle to collect road image information and information such as the position and the speed of the unmanned aerial vehicle and sends the information to a ground computer; step 4, acquiring the relative position of the vehicle on an image; step 5, acquiring the road width on the image; step 6, calculating a ratio of the road width on the image to actual width; step 7, acquiring the displacement of the vehicle on the image within a certain time; and step 8, calculating a vehicle speed. According to the invention, the unmanned aerial vehicle is used as a carrier, so workload is smaller, transferability is higher and application is more flexible compared with a loop coil mode, a radio frequency identification mode and the like; and the vehicle speed is measured through the ratio of the actual road width to the road width on the image, and the method is more stable and more accurate compared with a method for calculating through the focal length and the height of the unmanned aerial vehicle.

    本发明提供一种基于道路宽度和无人机的车速测量方法。包括以下步骤,步骤1,建立基于神经网络的车辆分类器。步骤2,建立关于道路宽度和位置及道路坡角的数据库。步骤3,无人机采集道路图像信息和自身位置,速度等信息并发送至地面计算机。步骤4,获取车辆在图像上的相对位置。步骤5,获取图像上道路宽度。步骤6,计算出图像上道路宽度和实际宽度的比例。步骤7,获取一定时间内车辆在图像上的位移。步骤8,计算出车辆速度。本发明以无人机为载体,相比环行线圈,射频识别等方式工作量更小,可转移性更强,运用更灵活,又通过实际道路宽度和图像上的道路宽度的比例来测量车速,相比通过焦距和无人机高度来计算的方法,更加稳定,更加精确。
