The invention discloses an impact self-induction composite material aircraft skin structure and a preparation method thereof. The composite material aircraft skin structure comprises a carbon fiber bearing layer; a carbon nano induction layer is arranged on one side of the carbon fiber bearing layer, a flexible circuit layer is arranged between the carbon fiber bearing layer and the carbon nano induction layer, and the flexible circuit layer is electrically connected with the carbon nano induction layer; and a glass fiber insulating layer is arranged between the carbon fiber bearing layer and the flexible circuit layer. A carbon nanomaterial thin film is used as the induction layer and is co-cured with the composite material structure into a whole through connection of the flexible circuit layer, so that the bearing requirement is met, meanwhile, the capability of inducing impact of an external object is achieved, the integration problem of the carbon nanomaterial induction layer and the composite material aircraft skin can be solved, and the problems of impact damage induction and identification after the composite aircraft skin is impacted by foreign objects are solved.
本发明公开了一种冲击自感应的复合材料飞机蒙皮结构及其制备方法,其中复合材料飞机蒙皮结构,包括:碳纤维承载层,所述碳纤维承载层的一侧设置有碳纳米感应层,所述碳纤维承载层与所述碳纳米感应层之间设置有柔性电路层,所述柔性电路层与所述碳纳米感应层电性连接;所述碳纤维承载层与所述柔性电路层之间设置有玻璃纤维绝缘层;通过将碳纳米材料薄膜作为感应层,通过柔性电路层的连接,与复合材料结构共固化成一体,在满足承载的同时,具有对外物冲击感应的能力,可以解决碳纳米材料感应层与复合材料飞机蒙皮的集成问题,以及复合材料飞机蒙皮遭受外物冲击后,冲击损伤的感应和识别问题。
