The invention discloses a vehicle control system and device, a relay control method and a vehicle, wherein the vehicle control system and device are applied to control over a quiescent current suppression relay in a new energy vehicle, and the system comprises a fault detection module and a controller; the controller is used for controlling the quiescent current suppression relay to delay starting after the new energy vehicle is started; the fault detection module is used for detecting whether the quiescent current suppression relay has a fault or not; and the controller is used for controlling the quiescent current suppression relay to start immediately when the quiescent current suppression relay is normal. After the vehicle controller is powered on, the quiescent current suppression relay is controlled to be started in a delayed mode, fault diagnosis on the quiescent current suppression relay is achieved in the delayed starting period of the quiescent current suppression relay, if a fault exists, the quiescent current suppression relay is not powered on, and the condition of fault false alarm of other electric appliance elements on the vehicle is avoided.

    本申请公开了一种整车控制系统、设备和继电器的控制方法及车辆,应用于新能源车辆中对静态电流抑制继电器的控制,所述系统包括:故障检测模块和控制器;所述控制器,用于在所述新能源车辆启动后,控制静态电流抑制继电器延迟启动;所述故障检测模块,用于检测所述静态电流抑制继电器是否存在故障;所述控制器,用于在所述静态电流抑制继电器正常时,控制所述静态电流抑制继电器立即启动。在整车控制器上电后,控制所述静态电流抑制继电器延迟启动,在静态电流抑制继电器延迟启动期间实现了对静态电流抑制继电器的故障诊断,若存在故障,则不对静态电流抑制继电器进行上电的操作,避免了车辆上其他电器元件故障误报的情况。
