The high-safety tower drum outer wall automatic climbing equipment comprises six sets of annular self-adaptive reducing structures located on the same plane, and the six sets of annular self-adaptive reducing structures are connected and fixed to the outer wall of a tower drum through a plurality of high-strength steel wire rope sets; a control system is arranged on the annular self-adaptive reducing structures; each annular self-adaptive reducing structure comprises a head annular self-adaptive reducing device and a tail annular self-adaptive reducing device, and a lifting device with adjustable left-right inclination is connected between the head annular self-adaptive reducing device and the tail annular self-adaptive reducing device; and brake devices are arranged on a first row of telescopic legs, a second row of telescopic legs, a third row of telescopic legs and a fourth row of telescopic legs. The equipment has the technical effects of freely climbing up and down the outer wall of the tower drum, locking and then operating.
