The invention relates to the technical field of floating control, in particular to a ship floating control system for ship docking, which comprises an oil tank, a hydraulic pump, a reversing valve, a first balance valve, a second balance valve, a first electromagnetic proportional pressure relief valve, a second electromagnetic proportional pressure relief valve and an oil cylinder, wherein the input end of the hydraulic pump is communicated with the oil tank, the output end of the hydraulic pump is communicated with the reversing valve, the reversing valve is respectively communicated with the first balance valve and the second balance valve through the switching channel, and the first balance valve and the second balance valve are respectively communicated with a rod cavity of the oil cylinder and a rodless cavity of the oil cylinder; the oil tank further comprises the first electromagnetic proportional pressure relief valve and the second electromagnetic proportional pressure relief valve which are communicated with each other; the first electromagnetic proportional pressure relief valve and the second electromagnetic proportional pressure relief valve are respectively communicated with a rod cavity of the oil cylinder and a rodless cavity of the oil cylinder. The problems that when external position conditions slightly change, an executing mechanism cannot feed back the external conditions in real time, rigid mechanism parts are prone to generating elastic deformation or even rigid deformation, and floating control protection measures are lacked are solved.

    本发明涉及浮动控制技术领域,具体涉及一种船舶停靠用随船浮动控制系统,包括油箱、液压泵、换向阀、平衡阀一和平衡阀二、电磁比例卸压阀一、电磁比例卸压阀二和油缸;其中,液压泵的输入端与油箱相连通,输出端与换向阀相连通,换向阀通过切换通道分别与平衡阀一和平衡阀二相连通,平衡阀一和平衡阀二分别与油缸的有杆腔和油缸的无杆腔相连通;油箱上还包括安装相连通的电磁比例卸压阀一和电磁比例卸压阀二,电磁比例卸压阀一和电磁比例卸压阀二分别与油缸的有杆腔和油缸的无杆腔相连通;解决了当外界位置条件微变化时,执行机构无法实时反馈外界条件,容易将刚性机构零件产生弹性变形甚至刚性变形,缺乏浮动控制保护措施的问题。
