The invention discloses an unmanned endless rope winch transportation system and a control method thereof. The unmanned endless rope winch transportation system comprises a driving system, a control device, a sensing system, a communication system and an execution element, wherein the driving system is used for driving a transport vehicle to reach a designated position; the control device is used for analyzing and processing information and controlling the whole system to operate; the sensing system is used for sensing the roadway environment and the shuttle car running state; the communication system is used for sending and transmitting the information; and the sensing system is additionally arranged to sense the shuttle car position, the car speed, turnouts, obstacles, pedestrians and the like, the communication system sends data to an upper computer, the upper computer analyzes and processes the data, and a mechanical arm is controlled to perform operations on various keys, knobs and handles on an electric control operation table. The intelligent level of the system is improved, participation by personnel such as an operation table driver, a car following worker and a hooking worker is not needed, the work such as driving, parking and unloading can be automatically completed, the operation efficiency and the operation safety are improved, and the manpower is greatly saved.

    本发明公开了一种无人化无极绳绞车运输系统及其控制方法,包括驱动系统、控制装置、感知系统、通讯系统和执行元件;驱动系统用于带动运输车辆到达指定位置,控制装置用于对信息进行分析和处理并控制整个系统运转,感知系统用于对巷道环境和梭车行驶状态进行感知,通讯系统用于信息的发送与传输;通过加装感知系统可以对梭车位置、车速、道岔、障碍物、行人等进行感知,通讯系统把数据发送到上位机,通过上位机分析处理数据,控制机械手进行电控操作台的各种按键、旋钮、手柄操作。本发明提高了系统智能化水平,不再需要操作台司机、跟车工、把钩工等人员参与,可自主完成行车、停车、卸料等工作,提高了运行效率和运行的安全性,极大地节省人力。
