The invention discloses a sinking construction device for a fabricated underground building, and relates to the technical field of underground building construction. The underground building comprises an outer wall, a top plate, a bottom plate and a construction device, the underground building is composed of end sections located at the two ends and a middle section, the construction device comprises an excavating device, a hanging device located at the top of the building and a fabricating device, a driving device comprises an outer wall driving device and a bottom plate driving device, the outer wall driving device is mounted above the outer wall, the bottom plate driving device is mounted above the bottom plate, and the outer wall chain cutter envelopes the outer wall from the top of the sinking part of the building; and a longitudinal wall comprises upper holes which are staggered up and down and lower holes which are staggered up and down, the upper holes are positioned above the bottom plate, the lower holes are next to the lower part of the bottom plate, and the bottom plate chain cutter envelops the bottom plate through the upper holes and the lower holes. When the building is in a suspended state through the hanging device, the chain cutters at the bottom of the outer wall and the bottom of the bottom plate excavate rock soil, the excavated rock soil is brought to the upper portion through the chain cutters running from bottom to top, and sinking operation of the building is achieved.

    本发明公开了用于装配式地下建筑物的下沉施工装置,涉及地下建筑施工技术领域,位于地下的建筑物包括外墙、顶板、底板和施工装置,由位于两端的端段和中间段组成,施工装置包括挖掘装置、位于建筑物顶部的吊挂装置和装配装置,驱动装置包括外墙驱动装置和底板驱动装置,外墙驱动装置安装在外墙的上方,底板驱动装置安装在底板的上方,外墙链刀从建筑物下沉部分的顶部包络外墙;纵墙包括上下错位的上孔和上下错位的下孔,上孔位于底板的上方,下孔紧挨着底板的下方,底板链刀通过上孔和下孔包络底板;通过吊挂装置将建筑物处于悬挂状态下,外墙和底板底部的链刀挖掘岩土,由下往上运行的链刀将已挖掘的岩土带至上方,实现建筑物的下沉作业。
