The invention discloses a railway vehicle and a sleeper beam. The sleeper beam at least comprises three cavities, namely a cavity of a first hollow profile, a cavity of a second hollow profile and a middle cavity located between the first hollow profile and the second hollow profile, and the bottom wall of the first hollow profile is provided with an extension section capable of forming the bottom wall of the middle cavity; in this way, the bottom of the hollow cavity can be sealed only by welding the extending section of the first hollow profile to the second hollow profile. Compared with the prior art that the two sides of the lower cover plate are welded to the first hollow sectional material and the second hollow sectional material, the bottom wall of the first hollow sectional material directly extends to form the bottom wall of the middle cavity, only the welding extension section needs to be close to one side of the second hollow sectional material, the welding amount is reduced, deformation of the sleeper beam during welding is avoided. The forming cost of the sleeper beam is saved.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆及枕梁,该枕梁至少包括三个型腔:第一中空型材的型腔、第二中空型材的型腔以及位于第一中空型材和第二中空型材之间的中间型腔,本申请中第一中空型材的底壁具有延伸段能够形成中间型腔的底壁,这样仅需要将第一中空型材的延伸段焊接于第二中空型材上即可实现中空型腔底部封闭;与现有技术中通过焊接下盖板的两侧于第一中空型材、第二中空型材相比,本发明中第一中空型材的底壁直接延伸形成中间型腔的底壁,仅需将焊接延伸段靠近第二中空型材的一侧,降低了焊接量,避免了焊接时枕梁变形,且节省枕梁成型成本。
