The invention discloses a traffic flow prediction method and device for a single intersection, and mainly solves the problem that the influence of holiday and festival time rules on traffic flow is neglected in the existing traffic flow prediction of the single intersection in the prior art. The traffic flow prediction method for the single intersection comprises the steps of performing data standardization processing on historical traffic flow data of the single intersection; performing data segmentation on the historical traffic flow data of the single intersection; constructing a training model, and performing characterization learning of historical data; and carrying out traffic flow prediction at the next time point according to the trained model. Through the scheme, the traffic flow prediction of the single intersection is specially optimized, and the periodic characteristics of the data are increased, including weekly and monthly periodicity; and the LSTM and a soft-attention mechanism are used to better carry out representation learning of historical data, so that a better prediction result is obtained.

    本发明公开了一种单个路口的车流量预测方法及装置,主要解决现有技术中存在的在现有单个路口车流量预测忽略了节假日类时间规律对车流量影响的问题。该一种单个路口的车流量预测方法将单个路口历史车流数据进行数据标准化处理;将单个路口历史车流数据进行数据分割;构建训练模型,进行历史数据的表征学习;依据训练好的模型进行下一时间点车流量预测。通过上述方案,本发明针对单个路口车流量预测进行专项优化,增加数据的周期性特性,包括每周,每月的周期性;使用LSTM和soft‑attention机制更好的进行历史数据的表征学习,从而得到更好的预测结果。
