The invention discloses a method for shortening a ship building period based on a hull shafting construction process, relates to the field of ship building, and solves the problem of long process period of an existing ship building process. The method comprises the steps: completing assembling and welding of a main hull and hot work correction of an outer plate and a main deck; completing the inspection of the tightness test of the main hull; ballasting the main ship body according to the 'equipment ballasting arrangement diagram'; setting a marker post observation point of the main hull, monitoring the state of the main hull at fixed time every day and making a record; performing ship body shafting process construction according to the recorded state number of the main ship body; in the process of ship body shafting process construction, performing construction of an upper building subsection upper slipway carrying process, and performing construction of upper building welding and upper building firework correction processes; and completing the ship body shafting process construction before the superstructure firework correction process is finished. In the ship body shafting process, the upper building subsection upper slipway carrying procedure, the upper building welding procedure and the upper building firework correction procedure are carried out, and the construction period can be shortened by 15-20 days.

    本发明公开了一种基于船体轴系施工工艺缩短船舶建造周期的方法,涉及船舶建造领域,解决现有船舶建造工艺过程周期长的问题。方法包括:完成对主船体装焊、外板及主甲板火工矫正;完成对主船体密性试验报验;根据《设备压载布置图》对主船体进行压载;设置主船体的标杆观测点,每天固定时间监控主船体状态并做好记录;根据记录的主船体状态数进行船体轴系工序施工;在船体轴系工序施工过程中,进行上建分段上船台搭载工序施工,以及进行上建焊接、上建火工校正工序施工;在上建火工校正工序结束前完成船体轴系工序施工。本发明在船体轴系工序过程进行上建分段上船台搭载工序、上建焊接、上建火工校正工序,施工周期可以缩短15~20天。
