The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle propeller folding limiting mechanism which comprises an upper propeller hub, a lower propeller hub and a soft limiting piece, the upper propeller hub and the lower propeller hub are arranged vertically, the soft limiting piece is arranged between the upper propeller hub and the lower propeller hub, and propellers are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the upper propeller hub and the two sides of the lower propeller hub. Blades of the propellers move in a gap between the upper propeller hub and the lower propeller hub, the soft limiting piece is fixed to the middle position between the upper propeller hub and the lower propeller hub through fixing screws, and when the blades are folded or the unmanned aerial vehicle accelerates and decelerates, the roots of the blades make contact with the soft limiting piece. By means of the compressible characteristic of the polyurethane material of the soft limiting piece, counter-acting force is given to the blades, the deeper the contact is, the larger the counter-acting force is, and therefore the speed of mutual contact is reduced; and thus the effect of protecting the propeller blades and the propeller hubs is achieved. Normal operation of the power system is protected.

    本发明公开了一种无人机螺旋桨折叠限位机构,包括:上下设置的上桨毂、下桨毂以及设置在所述上桨毂和下桨毂之间的软限位件,所述上桨毂和下桨毂的两侧对称安装有螺旋桨,所述螺旋桨的桨叶在所述上桨毂和下桨毂之间的空隙中活动,所述软限位件通过固定螺钉固定在所述上桨毂和下桨毂之间的中间位置,在所述桨叶折叠或无人机加减速时,所述桨叶的浆根与所述软限位件接触。本发明通过软限位件的聚氨酯材料自身的可压缩特性便会给桨叶一个反作用力,随着接触越深入,这种反作用力也就越大,从而降低彼此接触的速度;从而达到保护桨叶桨毂的作用。保护动力系统正常运转。
