The method comprises the following steps: elevator operation data in a recent first time period are obtained, and the elevator operation data comprise elevator passenger taking floors and corresponding passenger taking time points; the elevator operation data are processed, effective elevator operation data are extracted, and the effective elevator operation data comprise effective elevator passenger taking floors and corresponding effective passenger taking time points; according to the effective elevator operation data, passenger taking time periods corresponding to the effective elevator taking floors every day are predicted; and when an elevator is in the idle state, according to the passenger taking time periods of the current time, the elevator runs to the corresponding effective elevator passenger taking floors. According to the method, the effective elevator passenger taking floors and the corresponding passenger taking time periods every day can be predicted, so that the elevator automatically runs to the effective elevator passenger taking floors, the waiting time of users is shortened, and the passing efficiency of the elevator is higher.

    本发明适用于电梯数据处理技术领域,提供了一种数据处理方法和数据处理平台,所述方法包括以下步骤:获取最近第一时间段内的电梯运行数据,所述电梯运行数据包括电梯上客楼层以及对应的上客时间点;对电梯运行数据进行处理,提取出有效电梯运行数据,所述有效电梯运行数据包括电梯有效上客楼层以及对应的上客有效时间点;根据有效电梯运行数据预测每天的电梯有效上客楼层所对应的上客时间段;当电梯处于空闲状态时,根据当前时间所处的上客时间段,使得电梯运行至对应的电梯有效上客楼层。本发明能够预测每天的电梯有效上客楼层和对应的上客时间段,以使得电梯自动运行至电梯有效上客楼层,以减少用户的等待时间,使得电梯的通行效率更高。
