According to a multi-scale short-time traffic flow prediction method based on S-G filtering and the deep belief network, more accurate data modification processing can be obtained, the change trend of the traffic flow can be better reflected, the proportion of abnormal data can be greatly reduced, and the method can be used for traffic flow model prediction of daily and major holidays of a highway network. The method comprises the following steps: (1) abnormal data processing based on an S-G filtering method: repairing abnormal and missing data in a data source; and (2) traffic flow parameter prediction based on the deep belief network: predicting single-point multi-scale traffic flow parameters, and performing short-time prediction on a plurality of time intervals in the future.
基于S‑G滤波和深信度网络的多尺度短时交通流预测方法,其能够得到更精确的数据修改处理,可以更好地反映交通流的变化趋势,可以大大降低异常数据比例,可用于公路网日常和重大节假日的车流量模型预测上。该方法包括以下步骤:(1)基于S‑G滤波法的异常数据处理,对数据源中异常和缺失数据进行修复;(2)基于深信度网络的交通流参数预测,对单点多尺度交通流参数进行预测,对未来多个时间间隔进行短时预测。
