The invention discloses a wheel positioning method and device, a tire pressure monitoring system and a storage device. The wheel positioning method comprises the steps that after it is detected that a wheel rotates, obtaining the angular speed of the wheel through a gyroscope installed on the wheel; and determining whether the wheel is a left wheel or a right wheel according to the relationship between the angular velocity of the wheel and a preset reference velocity and the rotation direction of the wheel. According to the method, left and right wheels can be conveniently and quickly positioned, and power consumption is low.
