The invention provides a non-communication train occupancy judgment method and device, electronic equipment and a computer program product. The method comprises the steps of: determining a section related to a train occupancy section in a sequence as a non-communication train occupancy section when determining that a train in the sequence exists in a to-be-judged section; when the to-be-judged section is in an occupied state and no train in the sequence is determined to exist in the to-be-judged section, judging whether an occupation condition of an adjacent section of the to-be-judged section meets a preset direct judgment condition or not; if so, determining the to-be-judged section as a non-communication train occupied section; and if not, when judging that the occupation condition of the adjacent section of the to-be-judged section meets the preset redundancy judgment condition, determining the to-be-judged section as a non-communication train redundancy occupied section. By implementing the non-communication train occupancy judgment method and device of the invention, the situation that the judgment result of the section occupation state is inconsistent with the actual situation due to the slow suction property of a track relay in a track circuit can be avoided, so that the driving efficiency is improved on the premise of ensuring the driving safety.
