本发明提供一种带阻尼结构的汽车前轮转向架,它包括前悬架、转向拉杆和转向节,转向节固定连接在前悬架前端,转向拉杆通过销轴一铰接到转向节前端,转向节的前端与底盘大梁之间设有阻尼装置,阻尼装置与转向拉杆轴线之间在俯视图上的夹角为10‑60度。通过在原车转向架转向拉杆与底盘大梁之间增加阻尼装置,不需要对汽车的底盘进行焊接操作,只需要增加一个阻尼装置,在阻尼装置的两端球接到现有的汽车的底盘大梁上,另一端球接到转向拉杆上,汽车在崎岖不平的道路上行驶时,汽车前轮有左右的摆动,通过阻尼装置的减振,就能大大的吸收振动的能量,不会对转向拉杆造成过大的力,可以有效的避免了转向拉杆断裂的现象,取得了很好的使用效果。
