The invention relates to a self-locking mechanism, in particular to an underwater self-locking mechanism suitable for an unmanned submersible vehicle. The underwater self-locking mechanism is characterized in that a butt joint spring is arranged at the top end of the interior of a butt joint cylinder, a closed loop fixedly connected to the inner wall of the butt joint cylinder is arranged below the butt joint spring, a plurality of sets of sealing sleeves are evenly arranged on the closed loop in the circumferential direction, and the tail end of the outer surface of a butt joint rod is evenly provided with locking pins in one-to-one correspondence with the sealing sleeves in the circumferential direction; and slide ways are formed in each group of sealing sleeves, the starting end of each slide way is located at the tail end of the corresponding sealing sleeve, a gap is formed between a stopping end and a starting end of each slide way in the radial direction of the corresponding sealing sleeve, the stopping end of each slide way is communicated with a locking groove towards the tail end of the corresponding sealing sleeve, and each locking groove is communicated with the stopping end of the corresponding slide way. According to the underwater self-locking mechanism, a barrel rod mechanism in butt joint can be effectively locked, self-locking is conducted through the spring and the locking pin, locking can be completed only through advancing thrust, and the self-locking device has the advantages of being convenient, fast and high in stability.

    本发明涉及自锁机构,具体地说是一种适用于无人潜器的水下自锁机构,对接筒内部顶端设有对接弹簧,对接弹簧的下方设有固接于对接筒内壁上的封闭环套,封闭环套沿圆周方向均匀设有多组密封套,对接杆外表面的尾端沿圆周方向均匀设有与密封套数量相等、一一对应的锁紧销;每组密封套上均开设有滑道,滑道的起始端位于密封套的尾端,滑道的终止端与起始端之间在密封套的径向上具有间距,且滑道终止端朝向密封套尾端连通有锁紧槽,锁紧槽与滑道的终止端相连通。本发明可以有效锁紧对接的筒杆机构,利用弹簧和锁紧销进行自锁,仅需要前进的推力就可完成锁紧,具有方便快捷、稳定性强的优点。
