The invention provides an on-orbit spacecraft propellant supplement autonomous control system which is characterized in that the system comprises a main controller, a supplement gas-liquid pipeline system, an acquisition line A, an acquisition line B and a motor driver, the main controller is the core of supplement information interaction, and the main controller carries out supplement process control, information interaction and processing and fault diagnosis, judges execution condition of the process, and judges the in-place supplementing state according to parameters of a displacement sensor; the acquisition line A and the acquisition line B are used for acquiring pressure, temperature and microsensor signals of the supplement gas-liquid pipeline system and are used for judging an execution result of a replenishing process and diagnosing faults; and the motor driver controls a compressor motor of the supplement gas-liquid pipeline system to operate. According to the invention, autonomous control of the supplement process and autonomous diagnosis and disposal of faults in the supplement process can be realized, the requirement for measurement and control resources is effectively reduced, the operation complexity is reduced, and the operation efficiency and the safety of the propellant supplement process are improved.

    本发明提供了一种在轨航天器推进剂补加自主控制系统,其特征在于,其包括主控制器、补加气液管路系统、采集线路A、采集线路B、电机驱动器,所述主控制器是补加信息交互的核心,所述主控制器进行补加流程控制,信息交互及处理和故障诊断,并判断流程的执行情况,根据位移传感器参数判断补加到位状态;采集线路A和采集线路B采集补加气液管路系统的压力、温度和微传感器信号,用于补加流程执行结果的判断和故障诊断;电机驱动器控制补加气液管路系统的压气机电机运行。本发明能实现补加流程自主控制,补加过程故障自主诊断和处置,有效减少对测控资源需求,降低操作复杂性,提高推进剂补加过程操作效率和补加过程安全性。
