The invention discloses an integral box culvert piece hoisting method and hoisting device. The hoisting method comprises the steps that box culvert pieces placed in the axial direction of a tunnel are transported to a hoisting operation area of a box culvert piece crane through a transport vehicle; the crane is started to move the box culvert lifting appliance towards the direction of the transport vehicle until the box culvert lifting appliance moves to the side of the box culvert piece; and the box culvert lifting appliance lifts the box culvert piece on the transport vehicle and moves forwards to a connecting bridge box culvert piece splicing area, and the box culvert lifting appliance drives the box culvert piece to rotate by 90 degrees on the lower portion of the connecting bridge section and moves backwards to be spliced with the installed box culvert. According to the construction method, the spliced whole box culvert can serve as a rubber-tyred vehicle transportation channel, an original single lane is changed into at least two lanes, and the material efficiency is greatly improved. The whole box culvert can be spliced in place at a time on the shield tunneling machine section, subsequent splicing or pouring of the box culverts on the two sides is avoided, manpower, material resources and construction cost are saved, and construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种整体式箱涵件吊运方法及吊运装置,吊运方法为:通过运输车将沿隧道轴向放置的箱涵件运输至箱涵件吊机起吊作业区域;启动吊机将箱涵吊具向着运输车方向运动,直至箱涵吊具运动至箱涵件的侧方;箱涵吊具将运输车上的箱涵件吊起并向前运动至连接桥箱涵件拼装区,箱涵吊具带动箱涵件在连接桥段下部旋转90°,并向后运动与已经安装好的箱涵进行拼装。本发明的施工方法将拼接好的整体箱涵可作为胶轮车运输通道,由原来单车道更改为至少双车道,极大提高了物料效率。本发明可实现在盾构机段将整体箱涵一次拼装到位,避免了后续两边侧箱涵的拼装或浇筑,节省了人力、物力及施工成本,提高了施工效率。
