A refrigerant circulation loop comprises a compressor, a first passage of a built-in condenser, a first expansion valve and a first passage of the multi-channel heat exchanger which are sequentially communicated end to end, and the flowing direction of a refrigerant is from the compressor to the built-in condenser; the warm air heating system is communicated with the PTC heater and a second passage of the built-in condenser to form a warm air heating loop; the fuel cell circulating system is communicated with a second passage of the multi-channel heat exchanger to form a fuel cell cooling loop; and the motor circulating system is communicated with the third channel of the multi-channel heat exchanger to form a motor cooling loop. The technical scheme provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the multi-channel heat exchanger can be used for ensuring that the heat pump system can work normally at a lower environment temperature, the heating requirement of a passenger compartment is met, waste heat generated by the fuel cell system and the motor system is effectively utilized, the use frequency and energy consumption of PTC are reduced, and the endurance mileage of the whole vehicle is increased.
本发明提供一种基于多通道换热器的氢能汽车热泵系统和氢能汽车,冷媒循环回路包括依次首尾连通的压缩机、内置冷凝器的第一通路、第一膨胀阀、多通道换热器的第一通路,冷媒的流动方向为从压缩机向内置冷凝器;暖风制热系统与PTC加热器、内置冷凝器的第二通路连通形成暖风制热回路;燃料电池循环系统与多通道换热器的第二通路连通形成燃料电池冷却回路;电机循环系统与多通道换热器的第三通路连通形成电机冷却回路。本发明提出的技术方案的有益效果是:运用多通道换热器可确保热泵系统在较低环温度下也能正常工作,满足乘员舱采暖需求,有效利用燃料电池系统和电机系统产生的废热,有利于降低PTC使用频率及能耗,增加整车的续航里程。
