Through the arrangement of the elastic support, when the bearing assembly is subjected to unilateral unbalance loading, the lead screw can adaptively generate axis deviation with the same trend as the bearing assembly, the deflection amount of the axis of the bearing assembly relative to the axis of the lead screw is reduced, and the transmission efficiency is improved.

    本发明属于顶升设备技术领域,公开一种自适应升降机构及架车机,自适应升降机构包括安装架体、丝杠以及承托组件,安装架体包括平行且间隔设置的顶板和底座,丝杠的上端转动连接于顶板,承托组件套设于丝杠上,并与丝杠螺纹连接,底座上设置有弹性支座,弹性支座上开设有限位孔,丝杠的下端可转动地穿设于限位孔内,当承托组件单边偏载作业时,承托组件受到垂直向下的压力和顺时针方向的弯矩载荷,丝杠能沿限位孔的轴向微量移动,且丝杠的下端能够沿其径向产生微量位移。通过设置弹性支座,在承托组件单边偏载时,丝杠能够自适应地产生与承托组件同趋势的轴线偏移,减少了承托组件轴线相对丝杠轴线的偏斜量,提高了传动效率。
