The invention belongs to the technical field of cranes, and particularly relates to an adjusting device for a climbing frame of a tower crane. A cavity is formed in a top plate and is located at the side end of a clamping groove, the inner side wall of the cavity is slidably connected with a locking block, and the side end of the locking block is fixedly connected with a first spring; the other end of the first spring is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the cavity, the top of the climbing frame is fixedly connected with a guide rod, and the top of the guide rod is fixedly connected with a clamping block, so that when the guide rods at the two ends of the climbing frame drive the clamping blocks to be inserted into the clamping grooves, and the clamping blocks slide on the inner side walls of the clamping grooves, the locking block is extruded to contract towards the interior of the cavity to extrude the first spring to generate elastic force; and when the clamping blocks cross the locking block, the first spring generates the elastic force to push the locking block to be clamped to the bottoms of the clamping blocks to be fixed, and the fixing effect between the climbing frame and the top plate is improved.

    本发明属于起重机技术领域,具体的说是一种塔式起重机的爬升架的调节设备,所述顶板的内部开设有空腔,且位于卡槽的侧端;所述空腔的内侧壁滑动连接有锁块;所述锁块的侧端固接有第一弹簧,且第一弹簧的另一端固接在空腔的内侧壁上;所述爬升架的顶部固接有导杆;所述导杆的顶部固接有卡块;使得爬升架的两端导杆带动卡块插入到卡槽的内部,卡块在卡槽内侧壁滑动时,挤压锁块向空腔的内部进行收缩挤压第一弹簧产生弹力,当卡块越过锁块时,第一弹簧产生弹力推动锁块卡接在卡块的底部进行固定,来提高爬升架和顶板之间的固定效果。
