The rail holding and locking mechanism comprises a brake clamp, a left clamp plate, a right clamp plate, friction blocks and a driving assembly, wherein the middle positions of the left clamp plate and the right clamp plate are installed on the brake clamp in a rotating fit mode, the friction blocks are fixedly installed on the inner sides of the middle lower portions of the left clamp plate and the right clamp plate correspondingly, the driving assembly is arranged between the left clamp plate and the right clamp plate in an axial floating mode, and the driving assembly can apply axial loading force to the middle upper portion of at least one of the left clamp plate and the right clamp plate so as to drive the clamp plate to swing. According to the locking mechanism, the large binding force between the rail car and the rail in the parking state can be achieved, and meanwhile the good braking capacity of the rail car is guaranteed; in addition, in a non-braking state of the running process of the rail car, the floating arrangement mode of the locking mechanism can adapt to the working conditions of manufacturing errors, steering and the like of the rail, and large friction is not generated between the locking mechanism and the rail.
本发明公开了一种轨道车抱轨锁止机构,包括刹车钳、左钳板和右钳板、摩擦块以及驱动组件,所述左钳板和右钳板的中部位置转动配合安装于刹车钳,所述摩擦块分别固定安装于左钳板和右钳板中下部位置内侧,所述驱动组件以轴向浮动的方式设置于左钳板和右钳板之间,所述驱动组件可对左钳板和右钳板中至少一个钳板的中上部位置施加轴向加载力以驱动该钳板摆动。本发明的锁止机构可实现驻车状态下轨道车与轨道具有较大结合力,同时也保证轨道车良好的制动能力;另外在轨道车运行过程非制动状态下,该锁止机构浮动设置的方式可适应轨道的制造误差以及转向等工况,而不与轨道产生较大摩擦。
