The invention provides a propeller variable pitch limiting device. The device comprises a microswitch assembly, a limiting guide rod assembly, a variable-pitch driving assembly and a paddle fixing ring; the microswitch assembly is fixed in a propeller and is in touch connection with the limiting guide rod assembly; and the limiting guide rod assembly is arranged on the variable-pitch driving assembly, and the paddle fixing ring is connected with the variable-pitch driving assembly. According to invention, the microswitch assembly is matched with the limiting guide rod assembly, when the limiting guide rod assembly is driven by the variable-pitch driving assembly to be located at different positions, microswitches are in a triggered state (the pitch cannot be changed) and a non-triggered state (the pitch can be freely changed) respectively, variable-pitch limiting of the propeller is achieved, and the paddle fixing ring is driven by the variable-pitch driving assembly to rotate. The device has the characteristics of reliable operation, simple assembly, high limiting response speed and the like.

    本发明提供了一种螺旋桨变距限位装置,包括:微动开关组件、限位导杆组件、变距驱动组件和桨叶固定环;所述微动开关组件固定于螺旋桨内部,并且与所述限位导杆组件触碰连接;所述限位导杆组件设置在所述变距驱动组件上,所述桨叶固定环与所述变距驱动组件连接。本发明通过微动开关组件与限位导杆组件配合,当限位导杆组件被变距驱动组件驱动处于不同的位置时,微动开关分别处于触发状态(不可变距)和非触发状态(可自由变距),实现螺旋桨的变距限位,桨叶固定环被变距驱动组件驱动旋转,具有运行可靠、装配简便、限位响应速度快等特点。
