The invention relates to the technical field of video monitoring and analysis, in particular to a road abnormal event monitoring and detecting method based on trajectory analysis, which is used for respectively detecting and analyzing pedestrians and vehicles and carrying out early warning on road abnormal events. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a monitoring video of a pedestrian through an intersection camera, analyzing the monitoring video, extracting a motion trajectory of the pedestrian, calculating the walking speed of the pedestrian, analyzing a passing time starting point of the pedestrian crossing a road, and calculating a passing time ending point according to the walking speed of the pedestrian; collecting vehicle information through a roadside camera, generating a first driving track, predicting an intersection where a vehicle is about to enter, predicting the time when the vehicle enters the intersection, and if the time when the vehicle enters the intersection is between a passing time starting point and a passing time ending point, predicting the risk of a road abnormal event, and sending a road abnormal event early warning signal to a vehicle terminal.

    本发明涉及视频监控分析技术领域,具体是提供一种基于轨迹分析的道路异常事件监控检测方法,以对行人和车辆分别进行检测分析,对道路异常事件进行提前预警。基于轨迹分析的道路异常事件监控检测方法,通过路口摄像头采集行人的监控视频,对监控视频进行分析,提取行人的运动轨迹,计算出行人的行走速度,分析行人过马路的通行时间起点,以及根据行人的行走速度计算通行时间终点;通过路边摄像头采集车辆信息,生成第一行驶轨迹,预测车辆即将驶入的路口,预测车辆驶入路口的时间,若车辆驶入路口的时间在通行时间起点和通行时间终点之间,则对发生道路异常事件的风险进行预测,向车辆终端发出道路异常事件预警信号。
