The invention discloses a light wear-resistant trundle which comprises an inner shaft, an outer wheel and a plurality of connecting rods, the inner shaft and the outer wheel are concentric wheels, the connecting rods are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the trundle and located between the inner shaft and the outer wheel, and reinforcing ribs are arranged on the two sides of each connecting rod respectively. The reinforcing ribs are respectively connected with the connecting rods and the inner shaft; the outer circumferential face of the outer wheel is concaved inwards in the circumferential direction to form a circle of groove, a buffer layer is arranged in the groove, a plurality of clamping grooves are formed in the outer circumferential face of the buffer layer, the clamping grooves are formed in the axial direction of the buffer layer and evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the buffer layer, and wear-resisting strips are inserted into the clamping grooves. While the weight of the trundle is reduced, the strength of the trundle is guaranteed through the reinforcing ribs, and the abrasion resistance of the trundle is improved through the wear-resisting strips.

    本发明公开了一种轻质耐磨脚轮,包括内轴、外轮和若干条连接杆,所述内轴和所述外轮为同心圆轮,若干条所述连接杆沿着脚轮的周向均匀分布,且若干条所述连接杆位于所述内轴和所述外轮之间,所述连接杆的两侧分别设有加强筋,所述加强筋分别与所述连接杆和所述内轴连接;所述外轮的外周面周向向内凹陷形成一圈凹槽,所述凹槽内设有缓冲层,所述缓冲层的外周面设有若干条卡槽,若干条所述卡槽沿着所述缓冲层的轴向设置且若干条所述卡槽沿着所述缓冲层的周向均匀分布,所述卡槽插有耐磨条。本发明在减轻脚轮重量的同时利用加强筋保证脚轮的强度,利用耐磨条增加脚轮的耐磨性。
