The invention discloses a high-power charging pile charging cable insulating liquid cooling system and method. The cooling system comprises an insulating liquid storage device (2), an insulating liquid circulating pump (3), a cooling system body (4), a positive electrode quick connector I (5), a cable positive electrode heat exchange channel (6), a positive electrode quick connector II (7), a series insulating channel (8), a negative electrode quick connector I (9), a cable negative electrode heat exchange channel (10) and a negative electrode quick connector II (11) which are sequentially connected through a heat preservation pipeline in the flowing direction of the insulating liquid (1). And the cathode quick connector II (11) is connected with the insulating liquid storage device (2) through a heat preservation pipeline. According to the system, the charging current can be multiplied, the cable has huge time and economic benefits, the weight of the cable can be reduced, a cooling system is simplified, and the cable is more economical, high in heat exchange performance, more convenient to convey, economical and environment-friendly; and the safety is high.

    本发明公开了一种大功率充电桩充电电缆绝缘液体冷却系统及方法。所述冷却系统包括沿着绝缘液体(1)流动方向依次通过保温管道连接的绝缘液体储存装置(2)、绝缘液体循环泵(3)、冷却系统(4)、正极快速接头Ⅰ(5)、电缆正极换热通道(6)、正极快速接头Ⅱ(7)、串联绝缘通道(8)、负极快速接头Ⅰ(9)、电缆负极换热通道(10)、负极快速接头Ⅱ(11);所述负极快速接头Ⅱ(11)与绝缘液体储存装置(2)通过保温管道连接。本发明能成倍提高充电电流,具有巨大时间和经济效益,可以减轻了电缆重量,且简化了冷却系统,更经济,换热性能高,输送更便捷、经济、环保;并且安全性高。
