The invention discloses an intelligent adjusting arm for a calibration rotating circle of a rear compass of an airplane, and belongs to the technical field of aviation repair. The intelligent adjusting arm comprises a front airplane wheel connecting mechanism, a main undercarriage connecting mechanism, an intelligent resistor, an adjusting mechanism and a steel cable. The mechanical and electrical integration design is adopted, and the prompting and adjusting functions of the force limiting mechanism are achieved; and meanwhile, an aircraft compass debugging working process is combined, and manual traction adjustment work is replaced. The intelligent adjusting arm can meet the calibration work of the airplane compass, keep the rotation angle of the front airplane wheel, ensure that the airplane wheel stop block is not damaged, and improve the working efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种飞机后罗盘校准旋圆智能调节手臂,属于航空修理技术领域。该智能调节手臂包括前机轮连接机构、主起落架连接机构、智能阻力器、调节机构和钢索。本发明采用机电一体化设计,实现了限力机构的提示和调节功能;同时结合了飞机罗盘调试工作过程,取代了人工调节牵引工作。本发明可以满足飞机罗盘校准工作,保持前机轮旋转角度,确保不损伤机轮限动块,提高工作效率。
