The invention discloses an AGV material carrying method, an AGV and a warehousing system. The AGV comprises a transfer mechanism and a bearing mechanism. The AGV material carrying method comprises the steps that: the AGV is controlled to move to a target position, and at the target position, the transfer mechanism faces to-be-carried materials; a clamping assembly of the transfer mechanism is controlled to clamp the to-be-carried materials; a first lifting assembly of the transferring mechanism is controlled to drive the clamping assembly to ascend till the to-be-carried materials are higher than a to-be-fed station of the bearing mechanism; a first rotating assembly of the transferring mechanism is controlled to drive the clamping assembly to rotate, so that the to-be-carried materials correspond to the to-be-fed station; and the first lifting assembly is controlled to drive the clamping assembly to descend until the to-be-carried materials are placed on the to-be-fed station. According to the AGV material carrying method, the functionality and the intelligent degree of the AGV can be optimized.

    本申请公开一种AGV的物料搬运方法、AGV及仓储系统,所述AGV包括转移机构和承载机构,所述物料搬运方法包括:控制所述AGV移动至目标位置,在所述目标位置处,所述转移机构与待搬运物料相对;控制所述转移机构的夹抱组件夹抱所述待搬运物料;控制所述转移机构的第一升降组件带动所述夹抱组件上升,直至所述待搬运物料高于所述承载机构的待上料工位;控制所述转移机构的第一旋转组件带动所述夹抱组件旋转,以使所述待搬运物料与所述待上料工位对应;控制所述第一升降组件带动所述夹抱组件下降,直至所述待搬运物料放置于所述待上料工位上。上述方案能够优化AGV的功能性和智能化程度。
