The invention provides a jib luffing hydraulic system and an operation machine. The jib luffing hydraulic system comprises a luffing oil cylinder, a single-pipe oil way, a pressure oil source and an oil way switching device. Wherein one end of the single-pipe oil way is connected with the pressure oil source through the oil way switching device. And the other end of the single-pipe oil way is communicated with a rodless cavity of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder. And a rod cavity of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder is communicated with the rodless cavity. The oil way switching device can be switched between an oil supply position and a pressure relief position. When the oil way switching device is located at the oil supply position, the pressure oil source is communicated with the rodless cavity. When the oil way switching device is located at the pressure relief position, the pressure oil source and the rodless cavity are mutually cut off, and the pressure oil source is in an unloading state. According to the jib luffing system, the jib luffing angle can be quickly adjusted. Meanwhile, the single-pipe oil way is used as a hydraulic oil conveying pipeline, the weight of an oil conveying pipe can be reduced, maintenance work of the oil conveying pipe is facilitated, and cost can be reduced.

    本发明提供了一种副臂变幅液压系统及作业机械。副臂变幅液压系统包括:变幅油缸、单管油路、压力油源和油路切换装置。其中,所述单管油路的一端通过所述油路切换装置与所述压力油源连接。所述单管油路的另一端与所述变幅油缸的无杆腔连通。所述变幅油缸的有杆腔与所述无杆腔连通。所述油路切换装置能够于供油位和泄压位之间进行切换。当油路切换装置位于供油位时,压力油源与无杆腔相互连通;当油路切换装置位于泄压位时,压力油源与无杆腔相互截止,且压力油源处于卸荷状态。该副臂变幅系统可以实现副臂变幅角度的快速调节。同时,使用所述单管油路作为液压油输送管路,不仅能够减轻输油管的重量、便于输油管的维护工作,还能够降低成本。
