The method comprises the following steps: S1, selecting two points between any seaports of a great circle route; s2, determining two-dimensional (X, Y) and two-dimensional (lambda day and phi day) coordinate values of all point positions between the two points; s3, the coordinate values are transferred to a 12-to-12 world map plane of synchronous coordinate numerical control, the 12-to-12 world map plane comprises a 12-to-12 northern hemisphere map and a 12-to-12 southern hemisphere map, the 12-to-12 northern hemisphere map comprises 12-to-12 N basic elements, the 12-to-12 N basic elements comprise a right-handed coordinate system and a left-handed coordinate system, the 12-to-12 southern hemisphere map comprises 12-to-12 S basic elements, and the 12-to-12 S basic elements comprise a right-handed coordinate system and a left-handed coordinate system; the 12: 12S basic element comprises a right-handed coordinate system and a left-handed coordinate system; and S4, preparing a route map according to the plane.
