The invention discloses a high-temperature re-clamping method for an electronic parking system, and aims to solve the problem that the traditional high-temperature re-clamping function of the electronic parking system only clamps once, cannot cover extreme working conditions and may cause the risk of slope sliding. According to the invention, through conditions such as external environment temperature, vehicle speed change during braking, front and back braking force distribution and braking component heat dissipation capability, a most rigorous temperature model is formed through theoretical calculation and combination with whole vehicle calibration. And meanwhile, segmentation is carried out according to the temperature of the brake disc, and the slope sliding hidden danger caused by parking force decline due to temperature drop is compensated for corresponding to different clamping times again.

    本发明公开了一种电子驻车系统高温再夹紧方法,区别传统的电子驻车系统高温再夹紧功能仅夹紧一次,无法覆盖极端工况,可能造成溜坡风险。本发明通过外界环境温度、制动时车辆速度的变化、前后制动力分配和制动部件散热能力等条件,通过理论计算及结合整车标定形成最严苛的温度模型。同时根据制动盘温度进行分段,对应不同的再次夹紧次数,补偿温度下降导致的驻车力衰退引起的溜坡隐患。
