A pure electric control railway vehicle wheel disc type electromagnetic brake comprises a brake shoe, a connecting rod and a bearing fixed to a vehicle bogie, the brake shoe is installed at one end of the connecting rod in a flexible connection mode, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected with an electromagnetic driving mechanism for driving the connecting rod. Electromagnetic force is adopted as power to apply braking, an electromagnetic brake acts after receiving a current value (or voltage) signal which is sent by an electronic braking unit of a braking system and represents the braking force, and the braking effect controlled by an electronic control unit is achieved. Electricity-gas (liquid) conversion and delaying links of a traditional braking system are avoided, and therefore a braking instruction can be quickly responded. Braking force transmission does not need a propagation medium, and the consistency and synchronization performance of braking force application of all vehicles are better. The system process is simple, pipeline connection does not need to be considered, the process requirement is lower, sealing performance does not need to be considered, and therefore the maintenance cost is low. And the novel electromagnetic brake is simple in connection, and the braking function can be implemented only through hard wire connection.

    一种纯电控的轨道车辆轮盘式电磁制动器,包括闸瓦、连杆和固定在车辆转向架上的轴承,闸瓦通过柔性连接安装在连杆的一端,所述的连杆的另一端连接一驱动连杆的电磁驱动机构。采用电磁力作为动力施加制动,电磁制动器接收到制动系统的电子制动单元发送的表示制动力大小的电流值(或电压)信号后,产生动作,实现电子控制单元控制的制动效果。无传统制动系统电‑气(液)转换和迟滞环节,因此能快速响应制动指令。制动力传输不需要传播介质,各车制动力施加的一致性、同步性能更佳。系统工艺简单,无需考虑管路连接,工艺要求更低,无需考虑密封性,因此,维护成本低。可靠性更高,新型电磁制动器连接简单,仅仅通过硬线连接,即可实施制动功能。
