The robot comprises a rack; the walking device is mounted on the rack; the stock bin is mounted on the rack; one end of the garbage suction inlet is connected with the stock bin, and the other end is provided with an opening; the pumping and collecting device is arranged in the stock bin; the crushing device is arranged in the stock bin and communicates with the garbage suction inlet; and the electrical bin is arranged on the rack, a control component is loaded in the electrical bin, and the control component is configured to be capable of communicating with the outside and controlling the cleaning robot. The underwater waste collecting device can effectively advance and be accurately controlled on the seabed, and underwater waste is efficiently collected.
