The invention relates to a method for dismantling a rolling mill stand in a limited space, which comprises the following steps of: selecting to carry out hoisting operation on an operation side, and when the operation side of a rolling mill is a roll changing device, firstly dismantling the roll changing device before dismantling the stand to ensure that a vehicle is unblocked; after the roller replacing device is detached, the roller replacing pit is filled with sand and stones; after the roller replacement pit is filled with the sand, steel plates are fully laid above the roller replacement foundation, so that the standing position of the truck crane is guaranteed, a roller replacement top plate is supported by steel pipes, and meanwhile local loads are reduced; according to the thickness of a basement top plate, when the bottom of the roll changing pit is a rolling mill basement, steel pipe supports still need to be additionally arranged at the bottom to guarantee structural safety; after the truck crane enters the middle warehouse, the hoisting operation is in place, and the rolling mill housing is hoisted. The rolling mill stand is hoisted by the simplest method by utilizing the characteristics of convenience, convenience and the like of the mobile crane, so that the risk of original double-machine-table hoisting or the hoisting failure is avoided, meanwhile, the time for manufacturing a special hoisting tool is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.

    本发明是一种受限空间轧机机架拆除方法,包括选择在操作侧进行吊装作业,当轧机操作侧为换辊装置,机架拆除前应先完成换辊装置的拆除,保证车辆畅通;换辊装置拆除完成后,对换辊坑进行砂石填充工作;换辊坑内砂石填充完成后,在换辊基础上方满铺钢板,以保证汽车吊的站位,换辊顶板用钢管支撑,同时减少局部荷载;根据地下室顶板的厚度,当换辊坑底部为轧机地下室时,为保证结构安全,仍需在底部增加钢管支撑;汽车吊进入中间库后进入吊装作业为位就位,吊装轧机牌坊。本发明利用流动起重机的便节等特点,用最简单的方法吊装轧机机架,规避了原有“双机台吊”的风险或无法吊装,同时减少了制作专用吊具的时间,减低了施工成本。
