The invention provides an anti-collision device based on automobile protection and a testing method thereof, and the method comprises the steps: arranging pressure sensors and a strain tester on an anti-collision rod of the anti-collision device, installing a camera on a protective cover, and horizontally and uniformly arranging a plurality of stress sensors on a silica gel cushion block; the anti-collision device is installed at the front end of an automobile, then the automobile collides with an obstacle at the speed of 20 km/h, 30 km/h, 40 km/h, 50 km/h and 60 km/h, then data in a data storage device are imported into a computer, collision data of the automobile are calculated and analyzed in the computer, and therefore stress and deformation data of an anti-collision rod and stress images of deformation and bending of a supporting rod are obtained, and the anti-collision device is used for detecting the collision of the automobile. The stress data of the silica gel cushion block in each direction can be obtained. The device has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in cost, good in protection performance, convenient to install and the like, and the problems that cost is high, installation is inconvenient and anti-collision protection cannot be achieved in the parking power-off state are solved.

    本发明提供一种基于汽车防护用的防撞装置及其测试方法,包括在防撞装置的防撞杆上设置压力传感器以及应变测试仪,所述防护罩上安装有摄像头,在硅胶垫块上水平横向均匀布置若干应力传感器;将防撞装置安装在汽车前端,然后将汽车以20km/h、30km/h、40km/h、50km/h、60km/h的时速撞向障碍物,之后将数据存储器中的数据导入计算机中,在计算机中计算并分析汽车的碰撞数据,从而得出防撞杆受力和形变数据、支撑杆的形变、弯曲的受力图像,以及硅胶垫块各个方位的受力数据。本发明具有结构简单成本低、防护性好、安装方便等优点,解决了成本高、安装不便以及停车断电状态无法防撞防护的问题。
