The invention provides an aircraft cabin door mechanism durability test device and a test method thereof.A six-axis robot and a robot controller are installed on a movable chassis, a six-dimensional force sensor and a rotating joint assembly are installed on a sixth joint at the tail end of the six-axis robot, a clamping assembly is installed on the rotating joint assembly, and the robot controller is connected with the six-dimensional force sensor. The visual assembly is installed on a third joint of a body of the six-axis robot, the clamping assembly is used for clamping a cabin door handle, and the rotating joint assembly is used for simulating the rotation action of a wrist when a door is opened and closed. The six-dimensional force sensor is used for measuring door opening and closing force and moment data in real time in the door opening and closing process and feeding back the data to the robot controller, and the visual assembly is used for obtaining coordinates of a cabin door handle in a robot coordinate system and feeding back the coordinates to the robot controller. Manual operation is replaced by the automatic durability test device, so that the test efficiency is remarkably improved, and the safety of the test process and the reliable result are ensured.
