The invention discloses a modular AUV balance weight self-adaptive load cabin section which comprises a pressure-resistant shell, a buoyancy compensation water cabin, a release mechanism and a task load. A releasing mechanism is installed in the pressure-resistant shell, and a movable rotating shaft is designed in the releasing mechanism and used for hanging or releasing task loads. The buoyancy compensation water cabin is installed in the center of the interior of the pressure-resistant shell, the buoyancy compensation water cabin is a sealed cavity shell before task load is released, and after the task load is released, water enters the buoyancy compensation water cabin to balance rising of total buoyancy; according to the self-adaptive load cabin section, the modular integrated design technology is utilized, balance weight self-adaption of the task load cabin of the AUV is achieved, in other words, the cabin section is balanced in water, and buoyancy and weight can be automatically adjusted according to the change of the task load.

    本发明公开了一种模块化AUV衡重自适应载荷舱段,包括:耐压壳体、浮力补偿水舱、释放机构和任务载荷;耐压壳体内部安装有释放机构,其内部设计有活动转轴,用于挂载或释放任务载荷;浮力补偿水舱安装在耐压壳体的内部中心,任务载荷释放前,其为密封空腔壳体,任务载荷释放后,其内部进水,以平衡总体浮力的上升;该自适应载荷舱段利用模块化集成设计技术,实现AUV任务载荷舱衡重自适应,即舱段水中平衡、浮力、重量可根据任务载荷的变化自动调节。
