The invention discloses a self-constant-force traction device for forest barrier cleaning. The self-constant-force traction device comprises a traction box, a constant-force control mechanism and a traction fixing mechanism. The constant force control mechanism comprises a winch, a tension sensor and a controller; the winch, the tension sensor and the controller are arranged in the traction box; the winch and the tension sensor are electrically connected with the controller; the traction fixing mechanism comprises a traction rope and a fixed grounding piece; the first end of the traction rope is used for being fixedly connected with a forest barrier, and the second end of the traction rope extends into the traction box to be wound around the winch. The sensing end of the tension sensor is connected with the traction rope; and the fixed grounding piece is arranged outside the traction box and is used for fixed grounding. The forest barrier is connected through the pulling rope, automatic traction can be achieved through the winch, the pulling force of the pulling rope is sensed through the pulling force sensor, constant force control is achieved in cooperation with the controller, the falling direction of the forest barrier is ensured, safe operation is achieved, and the personal safety risk of workers is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种林障清理自恒力牵引装置,包括:牵引箱、恒力控制机构与牵引固定机构;所述恒力控制机构包括:卷扬机、拉力传感器与控制器;所述卷扬机、拉力传感器与控制器均设置于所述牵引箱内;所述卷扬机和拉力传感器均与控制器电连接;所述牵引固定机构包括:牵引绳与固定接地件;所述牵引绳第一端用于固定连接林障,第二端伸入所述牵引箱内缠绕与所述卷扬机上;所述拉力传感器的感应端连接所述牵引绳;所述固定接地件设置于所述牵引箱外部,用于固定接地。通过牵引绳连接林障,可以通过卷扬机自动牵引,并通过拉力传感器感应牵引绳的拉力配合控制器实现恒力控制,确保林障倒下的方向,实现安全作业,降低工作人员的人身安全风险。
